Pink Inspiration! Garden to Clothesline!

I am looking for the inspiration behind such beauty in quilt making! The angle of the flower and the angle of the quilt was pure magic! Late June in New Brunswick, Canada!

What is the inspiration for color in quilts? I love pink in quilts but I don’t really wear pink.
